ARK Alternative Education Provision provides bespoke academic, social, emotional and personal support to a range of young people in the Hull and East Riding Locality. 

The ARK Team have worked hard to ensure Alternative Porvision is more than just a place to learn, but a place to belong and thrive.

ARK's academic offer includes-

Additional social and project based learning journeys encourage a passion for learning.

 ARK are super proud to announce collaborative working alongside Hull FC for our next academic year. See the link below for further details-Established in June 2024, The ARK have supported a range of learners and enabled and empowered them to access successful Post 16 placements for a positive future.

The ARK Culture

The ARK Team and community have created a culture of safety, inclusion and acceptance. ARK believes that every learner should feel safe, valued and celebrated. ARK understands the value of academic and social awareness to ensure positivve life outcomes.

ARK delivers individual support and progress packages, alongside the opportunity for academic success. Learning can be delivered either remotely or onsite. The ARK Team can deliver blended learning, mixing the two delivery styles to ensure learners develop the skills needed to reach their full potential. 

We understand that a safe and positive environment is essential for us all to focus, thrive and grow. We create this with our meaningful interactions, sense of focus with fun and consistent guidance and advice.

Safeguarding underpins every aspect of our work and is at the core of all we do. Creating a culture of safety whilst raising awareness around safegaurding trends and themes, is a crucuial element of the work we do.

Flexible Learning Options

ARK offer remote, onsite, and blended learning opportunities, we ensure accessibility and flexibility in learning delivery. The Team at ARK provides learners with Functional Skills qualifications in English and Math's. Qualifications in other areas such as Personal Development and Mental Health may also be offered. The ARK Team have years of experience delivering sessions and engaging young people to get  back on track and ready to learn.
